Estimates, Quotes, and Our Services

General information is not a binding quote

Free estimates

We offer free estimates. An estimate gives you a good-faith projection of what a project might cost based on the information available at the time. An estimate is not a fixed price and is subject to change based on scope, site conditions, materials, and other factors discovered during the project.

Your written service agreement controls

Before work begins, the scope of work, final price, schedule, and all other material terms will be set out in a written service agreement signed by both parties. If anything on this website conflicts with your written service agreement, the written service agreement governs.

Workmanship warranty

We stand behind our workmanship with a 3-year warranty. If an issue is caused by our work, we will return promptly to inspect it and make it right at no additional cost during the warranty period.

This warranty covers workmanship defects caused by our work. It does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, work performed by others, or conditions outside our control. Additional details, exclusions, and any manufacturer or material warranties applicable to your project will be specified in your written service agreement.

Text Messaging Terms

Our SMS program

Seven Pines Home Improvement sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages may relate to your inquiry, project estimates, scheduling, appointment reminders, and service updates.

How to opt in

You opt in by checking the consent box on our contact form at sevenpinescorp.com/contact. Opting in is voluntary and is never a condition of receiving an estimate or purchasing our services.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the project process. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. We will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again.
